3. How do I place an order?

Simply log on to www.mombasacomputers.com to  search for your product using our search functionality, load the product(s) to your cart, review your cart and proceed to checkout. You can also place your order directly by contacting Call: 0111 040 400 or WhatsApp on 0792792750

4. Which payment methods do you accept?

You can choose from the different payment methods available which are;

6.How can I track my order?

Track your order by going to the Order Tracking page, enter your Order ID number in the box below and then press the “Track” button. This is the number that was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received. We will also keep you updated using our email address sales@mombasacomputers.com

7.How can I cancel an order?

This can be done by logging in to your account created while checking out, and cancel the order(s) listed under “My Orders”.

8.Do you deliver outside of Nairobi?

Yes, we deliver all over Kenya.
Submit your contact and address on the delivery option which is available during the online check out process in our system. Once the order and payment is finalized, our Customer Care Team will contact you to finalize on the delivery.

9. Do I pay for the products before or after delivery?

The products are paid for before delivery when placing an order

10.When will my order be delivered?

All deliveries within Nairobi will be delivered in 1-3 hours on placing the order provided it is during working hours (Monday- Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm). All orders made outside our working hours or on Sunday will be delivered on the following day.

All deliveries outside Nairobi area will be done within 24hrs.

11. Where is my order number?

Once you have successfully placed an order, you will receive and email confirming the order placement. The email has your order details including order number, billing address etc.

12. Is there a Return Policy?

All items bought online can be returned within a period of 15 days from delivery date. After this period any issue with the product will be treated as a repair and maintenance issue.

13.Do you offer warranty on your product?

Yes we do. New laptops, CPUs, TFT Monitors, Printers and Accessories come with a one year warranty. Used and refurbished ex-US and ex-UK comes with a 3 month warranty. Exclusions to the above applies to accessories such as Laptop Batteries, screen damages, power supplies, Ram, fire/water damage and Negligence/Mishandling.

14. What is the difference between ex-uk and refurbished computers/items?

Refurbished items come from the manufacturers and have never been used while ex-uk items are slightly used items from other institutions such as corporates who may no longer have to use these items and then they are refurbished to restore them to workable states

15. Do the computers and laptops come with installed softwares?

We install basic software but to a limited extent e.g Microsoft Office, OS 2010 etc. but for other softwares one has to buy in compliance with the law.

16. Do you sell and install softwares?

Yes we do. We have a dedicated software team that is versed in softwares

17. Can you upgrade laptops and CPUs?

Yes we do upgrades to computer memory and storage at a fee

18. Does Mombasa Computers offer after sale services?

We have a dedicated Customer Service Team and skilled technicians who are always ready to answer any queries at the point of purchase and any issue that arises onwards

19. Do you offer repairs and maintenance services?

We have highly skilled technicians who do both software and hardware repairs and maintenance. Contact us at any time for your repair needs.
