We are looking for well-spoken, experienced, and results-oriented Customer Service Representative to be responsible for closing sales over the telephone and ensuring good customer interface with our clients as well as relationship management within the entire sales/support cycle. 

Job Description

a) Answer incoming calls from customers who want to place orders, respond to inquiries, manage complaints, troubleshoot significant customer service problems, and provide general information.

b) Inform customers of the product terms and features and project a professional company image through voice and online interactions.

c) Provide feedback which could support the development of marketing strategies to compete with other companies.

d) Primary contact team for consumers interested in the products we offer and will be responsible for assisting them in completing purchases online and over the phone.

e) Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Requirements

a) Two years’ experience in a sales-related role, preferably computers and accessory sales will be an added advantage.

b) Outstanding verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.

c) Fluent in English and Swahili language, both written and verbal.

d) Proficiency in computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM.

e) Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.

f)  Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
